Chocolate Milk

This is a favourite in my house. You can drink it cold or warm it up for a nice winter drink in the morning.

What you need

2 cups milk (alomond, rice, cow, goat…whichever you perfer)

1 TBS cacao powder

1-2 TBS rice malt syrup, honey or maple syrup (to taste)

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 cup ice

What to do

Blend all ingredients in your blender, nutribullet or with a stick blender to smooth out the lumps from the cacao powder.

To warm this milk place all ingredients (except ice) in a saucepan over low heat. Heat until cacao powder has dissolved completely.

Drink and enjoy
