Forgiveness Guided Meditation

Welcome to the wonderful forgiveness practice of Ho’oponopono. This meditation will give you an understanding of this beautiful Ancient Hawaiian Forgiveness technique which will open you up to forgiving your body so you can love your body once again.

When we are born our bodies are not something we dislike or hate. No, your body is full of wonder, excitement, peace and strength. Everyday you learn more about your body which keeps you wanting to know more and do more.

Then, somewhere along the way you learnt to hate your body. It became a source of embarrassment, anger, frustration and something for others to judge.

For years I spent the minutes and hours of every day hating my body and who I was. Eventually I became so mentally exhausted by the self-loathing that I called upon some help to change how I felt.

That’s when I discovered Ho’oponopono.

And, why I want to share it with you so you can learn to forgive your body.

It’s time for you to release the hatred for your body and welcome in forgiveness and love.
