Frozen Fruity Yoghurt

So delicious on a hot summer morning for breakfast. Or even as a cooling snack. You could pop the mix into ice block moulds for individual frozen yoghurts.

Ingredients
  

  • 500 grams plain coconut or Greek yohgurt
  • 2 cups frozen berries strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, blackberry
  • 3 TBS raw honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth.
  • Pour mix into a container or ice block moulds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
