Contract

When you purchase audio or video content from LOVE body, you are granted a licence (which is limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable) to listen to, download or stream such content to your computer and/or other device(s) solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree to not otherwise copy, reproduce, distribute or use the content other than as set out in this contract. You must not sell, transfer, lease, modify, distribute or publicly perform the content in any manner and you must not exploit it commercially. You agree to not tamper with the content or create any derivative works there-from.

We may terminate your license to use any purchased products if you breach this contract.

“Lifetime Access” means ongoing and complete access to any program you have purchased through LOVE body, not for your life or the life of Kelly Connolly. This is ongoing access at no additional charge until the course is no longer offered, at which time all members will be given at least 12 months notice before the program is closed. Any future closure of the program or community in the future does not affect the refund policy and does not entitle members to any form of refund.

You, the buyer, understand there is no 100% guarantee of success.

The result is entirely dependant the person using the LOVE  body product, ideas and techniques.

Your level of success in attaining the results claimed in the LOVE body materials depends on the time you devote to the program, as well as the ideas and techniques mentioned, your knowledge and various skills you hold.

Since these factors differ according to individuals, LOVE body cannot guarantee your level of success. Nor is LOVE body responsible for any of your actions.

Cancellation policy for Group Mentoring Program

It is a requirement that I receive 72 hours’ notice to cancel or change your Program start date.

Last-minute cancellations, unfortunately, cause significant problems running the group mentoring program.

For every cancellation, there are others who are wanting to join.

No cancellations can be made within the 72 hours preceding the first class start date. Any monies paid will remain.

Refund policy for Group Mentoring Programs

You are entitled to a 7-day money-back guarantee once classes have begun.

If you are unsatisfied with the content, please speak to me (Kelly) directly so we can discuss a refund or determine how best to proceed.

Any workbooks or other learning materials you have acquired will need to be returned if a refund has been approved.

Any monies already paid will be refunded within 10 working days once approved.

Refund policy for Online Programs

You are entitled to a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase if you are not completely happy with the program and its content.

Any workbooks or other learning materials you have acquired will need to be returned or destroyed if a refund has been approved as these are the property of LOVE body and Kelly Connolly.

You must demonstrate that you have participated in the Course by accessing course content and/or joining the Facebook community before requesting a cancellation of your course membership and refund. LOVE body may request the submission of completed worksheets, activities and exercises in considering your refund request. A change of mind does not constitute a valid reason for cancellation and request for refund. In considering your refund we may also charge an admin fee at our discretion.

There are many aspects of the site which can be viewed without providing personal information. If you send me a message via the contact page all personal information is held in confidence and can not be seen anywhere on the website by other visitors.

I may occasionally hire other companies to provide services on my
behalf. Those companies will be permitted to obtain only the personal information they need to deliver the service. LOVE body takes reasonable steps to ensure that these organisations are bound by confidentiality and privacy obligations in relation to the protection of your personal information.

Use of your personal information

For each visitor to reach the site, we expressively collect the following non-personally identifiable information, including but not limited to browser type, version and language, operating system, pages viewed while browsing the Site, page access times and referring website address. This collected information is used solely internally for the purpose of gauging visitor traffic, trends and delivering personalised content to you while you are at this site. If my information practices change at some time in the future I will use for these new purposes only, data collected from the time of the policy change forward will adhere to our updated practices.

LOVE body reserves the right to make amendments to this Privacy Policy at any time. If you have objections to the Privacy Policy, you should not access or use the Site.

You have a right to access your personal information, subject to exceptions allowed by law. If you would like to do so, please let me know. You may be required to put your request in writing for security reasons.
