What you need
1 cup milk (any you like)
1 TBS cacao powder
1 TBS nut butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp honey
ice
What to do
Place all ingredients into your blender, nutribullet or similar and whiz until well combined. Serve and enjoy.
