Turmeric Smoothie

This smoothie will give your body a yummy hit of goodness. Its great for a postwork out smoothie to help your muscles recover as it is packed full of protein, magnesium and an anti-inflammatory. Bottoms up.

What you need

1 cup milk (any you like)

1 teaspoon 100% turmeric powder

1 heaped teaspoon cacao powder

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon raw honey

1 TBS natural peanut butter (or other nut butter if you prefer)

1/4 cup ice

nutribullet or blender

What to do

Place all of the ingredients into your nutribullet or blender and whiz up until smooth. Serve and enjoy
